So I let my disabled Mini Rex doe out to run for a few hours, and my Mini Lop buck decided to dig out of his hutch, I don't know how long he was out with her, so I'm assuming I shall have a litter of chocolate Plush Lops (I say chocolate because thats the only color that my ML buck and MR doe have in common on their ped).

sooooo..... (a) I shall post pix if/when they arrive, (b) does anybody want one, and (c) is there any special care that goes into plush lops?

Rex fur is recessive and lop ears tend to be hard to get in a first generation cross so you will likely get normal furred rabbits with upright ears.

To achieve a Plush Lop would take at least 2 generations to get rex-ish fur and a couple more to get a nice lop ear.
