Fist of all,
you've got him too scrunched up to tell if he's good or not
His Hocks are touching his toes. He looks like he might be,
Can you place him in a more correct pose?
Tip/hint: Don't hold your hand over his face.

I agree with the previous two posts, however, this is the best rabbit of the photos I've seen that you posted so far. His ears should be around 3 inches, with an absolute maximum of 3 1/2 inches.
