does anyone feed other types of pellets other than rabbit?

Ingredients would help. At least the first 5 or so. Sweet feed is often too high in molasses for daily feeding. The fat is fine. The protein is low and fresh foods and grass hay will not increase it. Legume hay (clover, alfalfa) may increase it a little but it takes high quality properly cut legume hay to make a big change in protein. You want to try for at least 16% to get normal growth rates. They will still be healthy at a lower protein but you'll have to wait an extra month or 2 to butcher and probably not maintain a very heavy breeding schedule without high cal supplements like BOSS.

Some horse pellets are suitable and cheaper than rabbit pellets. You have to watch the fat content though because they are often closer to 8-10% and you don't want over 4% for most rabbits.
