ordered meds from kvsupply

fearing that my rabbits have coccidiosis, I ordered some probiotics, and corid from kvsupply. can anyone tell me the dosage and how long to treat them for? I don't even know if they have it, but want to treat them just in case. And can you use bleach when cleaning the cages?

Follow the directions on the Corid bottle for poultry. The Corid will need to be mixed fresh every day- I donlt think you need to worry about using the probiotics, BUt do keep plenty of fresh, good hay available to the rabbits.

Yes, bleach may be used to clean cages-- 1 Cup in a gallon of water disinfects well. Do rinse well-- as any bleach residue left behind can cause burning...

Since bleach dries to a salt it can rust your cages. I use rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle and mist everything well to disinfect. I also have a steam cleaner and used that on the cages recently.
