So, the second litter of the month is due today. Kitty isn't showing any desire to build a nest, though. Last time, she kindled on day 31, but I can't remember if she built her nest early or right before she kindled. I'm hoping she didn't miss since she was such a bear to get bred this time.

Don't uncross your fingers yet! My Rue is the hardest booger to palpitate, and she won't touch her nest until the moment of, so keep hope!

LOL I have a doe like that too. On her last litter of 10, I had given up hope of her kindling for the day, she was stretched out comfortable all day. Then I went to do the evening feed and she was frantically pulling fur outside her box and with a mouth stuffed with fur jumped into her box! I came back 30 minutes later and she was resting and fur was moving.....LOL I'll never forget the expression on her face! My normally calm girl seemed to be taken by surprize!
