Little Mama is on day 33 (I really don't think she took) and today is day 31 for Big Mama, but I bred her in the evening, so I am thinking maybe tomorrow, if she took. I think I will rebreed the ones that miss with a younger buck, he may have done better in the heat than Big Daddy did...

I guess I did not make myself too clear with that... :shock: I meant that I would rebreed them later... :lol: like day 37 or so....It is possible to fudge on the breed dates, but with these I went right inside and put it in my software so I know the dates are correct. Also, Little Mama doesn't look or feel pregnant. I palpated her last night and there is NOTHING in her belly. I was told by the previous owner that Big Mama delivered her last litter on day 33, so it is likely that she just goes a little longer than avg. Hopefully we have kits over the weekend!

Yeah some of mine do deliver later then others but i always palpate them and if i dont feel anything i just rebreed them..but if you feel more comfortable waiting jus in case ive done that before.

I have not palpated Big Mama because she is so cranky right now, but Little Mama I will most likely just rebreed tonight, when I breed Roxie.
