Have you checked with feed stores (specifically smaller ones)? Sometimes they will be aware of a farmer or other source that grinds/mills their own mixes.

I've spoken with a couple and they don't offer it or have any suggestions, except to look closer to cities, and when I did, they don't offer it either. Waiting on replies from a few more I emailed and was hoping someone here may have some leads in the meantime. Besides the usual big brands that have GMO ingredients, it's slim pickings here in Canada.
