Will housing a buck right alongside a doe cause problems for the doe or during kindling?

We are currently keeping our doe in a 6*8 shed and the buck is in our 4*4 chick brooder hutch (no chicks right now-just the buck) a good 50 ft away across our backyard. I am a little concerned about them wanting company and socialization. We are thinking of putting a partition inside the doe’s shed so the buck can live along side her. But will this annoy the doe? Or cause problems with kindling? She is about 13 days pregnant right now. Can you put bucks in cages right next to pregnant does in cages?

Are you saying he is more likely to spray when housed next to a doe, compared to when isolated from a doe?

That is a slight concern, but our bigger concern is for the doe and whether having a buck next to her (though separated by a cage wall) could cause stress for her, especially when she gets closer to kindling. As expected, whenever he is near her he is very interested in her and all of her movements (acts a bit like a pest, really, following her around constantly when we have let them graze together) whereas she is a lot more aloof and disinterested. Then again, right now both are isolated 90% of the time with no interaction with other rabbits, which I can't help feeling is not a happy situation for either since they are such social animals.

We have a doe that just kindled, the experience was very interesting. Her buck is in a cage right next to her. When she kindled he went nuts, was very active, and she was talking to him as well! Fascinating to say the least. These two have been paired for three years.
