Not sure if you are keeping the rabbits inside your house or not but if you are I can tell you from my experience one problem you will have. Every stackable cage has a problem with making sure the urine ends up in the pan. The pans don't sit flush or even close to the bottom of the cage. Urine guards help but I find some of my bunnies pee at an angle and it gets through the gap between the top of the pan and the bottom of the cage. . I've been making my urine guards out of 10" aluminum flashing. I folded them L shape so that they were 7" tall 3" out. This was enough to cut the angle so that it hit the pans. Works great on my Lionheads and will work great for any rabbit with a big cage. I am having a problem with my French Angoras as the cage is too small and they get pee on the urine guard and put their feet in it. 2 of the 3 have nasty feet as a result, the 3rds feet are pretty clean. I can fix this problem with a larger cage and getting the 3" part to slope downwards.
