Hi, Welcome to Rabbit Talk! Have a Sandie Flemish boy myself. You will just love your big bunny. Flemishs have such amazing personalities! Look forward to seeing pics of your new girl, and also chatting about your new Big Bunny!

Hi Michelle! Welcome to RT. :)

Can't wait to hear more about your super-sized bunny!

Welcome Michelle! Can't wait to see pics of your big girl. I'm thinking I'd like to have just one Flemish in my rabbitry...you know, to kind of balance out all my little guys! LOL

JessicaR, I didn't know you had a Flemish! I bet a blue is beautiful. Do you have any pics of him on here?

Welcome.
I have a chinchilla FG doe, who I crossed with a harli rex buck. Now we have Fg magpie and jap harli kits. I thought about doing lionmane FG but I already have this project well under way.
Can't wait to see your new FG. We love pics here on RT.

Yes I posted pics when he was younger. E.B is almost a year old now (Dec. 25th) I had a fawn but she just wasnt very big and didnt do well as show bunny. I am wanting to get either a blue or black doe to breed with him.

Beautiful!! I am going to post pictures later of my FAT herd, but I am not sure how fat they are really. I am going to hurry my husband up on the pen so I can see them out of the hutch. Would this E.B. blue beauty be considered normal weight?

He is small too but I was told that is normal for blues, they often have trouble making senior weight. He is 10 pounds right now, but he used to be 13. I think he lost weight when he was a free range bunny, I am hoping he puts on weight now that he is back in a cage, and eating more pellets. Before he mostly ate grass because the chickens ate his food all the time.

I was asking because in the picture I would say he is not fat, but then I see pictures of other rabbits like in show pictures and they look thin, so I am trying to figure out if mine are overweight. I can see where eating grass and free range they would be lighter and I think probably healthier.
