that charlie might not be a charlie...sometimes hard to know for sure. I've seen them pass as 10% brokens on the table.

You can only get a charlie from crossing 2 brokens. This is a normal broken with less than 10% colour.

you're right in that you can only get a "true charlie" from 2 brokens... however i believe this little kit is a "false charlie"

and it almost looks identical in the face to the example shown in the netherland dwarf official guidebook
