Right when I was typing that, Chantal opend up a tunnel, which she must have built and sealed up right away weeks ago, and had her litter there :? - Yeah, babys :clap: . At the end of a 2meter - 6-7ft tunnel, half a meter underground :rant:

It was a little tricky to get the nest out without dropping anything on it, but it was necessary to remove the soiled bedding, those big, fat flys were already in there. And it wasn't a great nest anyway, she seems to have been in a hurry, lots of fur but very little hay. 7 or 8 little wigglers, now safe and warm in the nestbox.

Sounds like that was a lot of work for you, but glad you got them out safelly. Not just for the soiled bedding issues but also for socialising. The babies would've been super wild coming out of that tunnel otherwise.
