need to push weight

my kids show is in 2 weeks. There cal. meat pens are weighing a lil over 3.5 lbs, was told that the kids needed to push weight so they weigh atleast 4.5 for show.
What do we do or how do we put on the weight?

When I needed to put weight on my Polish when he was young, I used Alfalfa hay. Bulked him up pretty good in a short period of time.
