They're providing us with much laughter As usual! The handsome Americana Roo, Red, who had long pointy neck and saddle feathers has started laying the most LOVELY mint green eggs. Miss Odd is continuing to live up to her name. (she came from a dark chocolate Marans egg..but is obviously a cross of some sort). The Black Watch (a flock of Black Copper Marans who move around the field in a very military type formation) are FINALLY starting to lay, but while the color is good on the eggs...the size is pathetic I'm hoping that improves enough to meet the general standard for Marans (x-large)
