He's a hand puppet. I made a base for him out of a wine bottle to keep him from looking creepy and trust me without a base he looks creepy

He looks like the son of Pan and one of Jim Henson's Muppets.

He comes from a site called The Mushrooms Door. The lady makes puppets, dolls and sculptures plus a few other things
