My poor little almost 2 week old kits are getting swarmed by Mosquitos! I planted citronella plants under their nestbox area, but its just not helping.....any tips? I also know mosquitoes carry a lot of disease. Don't want anything happening to my little guys!

I keep mine inside the garage. Dunno ...
All da best, hope your little guys get through! :good-luck:

Netting maybe, but I would have to surround them and momma wouldn't be able to get on or out....moving back to CO soon, at least they won't be these monsters we have in south TX!

Can you remove the breeding source? Something nearby filled with stagnant water? Can you move the buns indoors, temporarily? Burn some citronella nearby? (Not sure if that's bunny safe)

It's just been really rainy here lately and they are multiplying like crazy! The city has not started spraying the streets yet, when that happens it helps a lot. I may just bring them inside some, as that would require the least amount of work. But they are enjoying exploring now and all have their eyes open, so that will soon be a much bigger job with 5 of them:). I love it though! I may also set up an old cage in my garage for them. Problem is with that they will get very little sun.....

I'm not sure the sunlight would be as important for them, right now, as protection from the mosquitoes :/
You could give them light by turning on the garage light... but I'm not sure how much daylight they really need.
I know it's important for breeding rabbits to keep them them... 'in the mood' ;)

Yeah I have heard that too-yes no breeding happening right now. Since I rely only on the pet market I hold a strict policy of selling one litter before attempting the next, lol:)
