Mini Rex for fur???

I feel so silly asking so many questions but I want to know "EVERYTHING"!!!

Otherwise how am every going to be able to follow through with my future plans??????

So here is the thing.... I have realized that mini Rex are a dime a dozen around here and Standards are nonexistent in my neck of the woods. So I have started collecting some minis just to get things going.

And now for the question..... How long would it take to raise up a mini rex to 3.5 to 4.0 pounds? All of my minis are good size rabbits so I am confident that they will reach 4.5 to 5.0 eventually.

My babies will not be for sale as pets or for show. I will be raising them for meat and furs so I am not so worried about pedigree. I figure I can always add in Standard rex as I acquire them. So its not an issue of ruining the integrity of the breed by me flooding the market with impure babies. I am looking for coat and color here.

i have two MR does and one MR buck. the does are about 4lbs and have been since they were about 4 months i believe. the buck is only about 3lbs though. i am working on crossing him over to my duch and cali does and my dutch buck over on the MR does. making my own meaty rex line. though i know once i get them bigger i will have to breed for better rex type fur.
i seem to have an issue finding anything other then: lionhead, lionlop, lop, minilop, minirex, ND, FG.

I am going to be getting Standard Rex when they become available. But in the meantime Mini Rex are a dime a dozen around here and so I have picked some up to at least mess around with for the time being.
I am raising them for meat and fur. Therefore I want to know how much time I would have to feed them to get them to a weight worth working with. And their best prime fur is in between 3 and 5 months as well. But if you are planning to use the pelts make sure the fur is in the prime stage or the pelt will lose its fur.
