well, I didn't get Rascal and Marsha back in their cages last night-- Got up, Rascal was nibbling away in the rain-- could not see Marsha. Snaped up Rascal-- a soggy mess he was, put him up, went looking for Marsha, as she was not visible-- went outside the fence, and saw some movement of the tarp-- she was nice and dry between the fence and cages-- I let her be. later-- i tried to ind her-- to check up-- and she was nowhere! I checked neighboring patio areas, lokked into the woods along the parking lot-- nothing. well, this evening, I saw her through the lattice, went next door and nabbed her-- still very dry, full tummy, and I THINK ready to get back home-- I am sure she is telling the others about the fare she had-- all the choices in Nature's Buffet-- but, she is a colony animal, and returned home!

Glad she came back! :)
I am too!1 She holds the last of my original AmChin Herd genetics-- And she did ;show' me, that something I thought could happen by breeding AmChin to CAl/NZ cross is indeed, possible.

I have an escapee too.shes safely in my basement soo i put out water till i get time too catch her.kids i babysit forgot too shut the door.

Iam seriously thinking of making the space under the fence 'tighter' - right now I have lattice--I figure If I make it tight enough, I can let them be without worrying. After all-- they do seem happy when they have the run of the patio-- give them places to hide-- big bowl of water, just one pace to put the greens-- But, there is a problem, and her name is Wilma--
