Lucky is really lucky! Should she ever breed again?

I think I can say with pretty good confidence that Lucky is out of the woods. She is back to her normal size ( no more DDD cup) and is much more social. After she raises her 9 should I FC her or should I give her a break and see if she can have more kits without mastitis occurring again. I think she has the potential to be a great breeding doe and produce lots of kits like her mom. She certainly is friendly and not just with humans.

Mastitis has a nasty habit of recurring. I don't think they ever get over it 100%. Just MHO.

I was afraid to hear that. Hard not to get attached.

i learned with cattle that once they get mastitis it often reoccurs. I expect it's the same with bunnies.
