Does anyone know any reputable satin breeders in Western North Carolina? I can't find any and I have looked on many many places.

There are three Satin breeders listed in the ASRBA breeder directory
https://asrba.org/breeder-directory/They're in Snow Hill, Louisburg, and Apex, all of which look to be at least in the western half of the state. I don't know any of them personally but it's a start. Their contact information is o the webpage.

I've asked a friend who breeds Satins and travels as an ARBA judge, so we'll see if she knows someone who's not listed.

Update: no luck there. Something you might try is contacting one or more of the breeders listed on the ASRBC site and asking if they travel to your area (to shows, etc.).
