First time processing today....One of my rabbits liver had a large green sac on it. The others had smaller but not nearly as green. Im guessing galbladder? Looked gross so I tossed it out. What is it exactly? Couldnt get a picture sorry.

Yes, that's the gall bladder. I cut it out before cooking/ eating the liver.
I get rid of the gall bladder while dispatching. you don't want that breaking open and touching your meat. but ya all good.
Just pluck it off at the tip, I've never had one break in 20 years. But you don't want to be eating it (or letting the contacts touch your food). If giving organs to your dogs/cats/other critters, no need to remove.
