Litter size and heat?

So a few months ago my Cali/Flem mutts had their very first litters, was 5,5 and 4 kits. They just had their 2nd 3,2, and 1. Thinking foster the single kit to another doe and re breed her. It has been solid high 80s with tons of humidity here for weeks, could that be the cause on my low numbers?? Thanks

It is possble the bucks sperm has been damaged by the excessive heat 32 days ago but unless it was that hot for the first litter something might be wrong with the does
