lilac leaves and branches

I trimmed my lilacs today. Are they safe to feed rabbits.

the type of the regular purple lilac that grows wild in Ontario.

I've been wondering about that too. I googled Can rabbits eat lilacs? and actually got some relevant information.

Since lilacs are also considered resistant to rabbits and deer, I'm thinking that this would mean they are not very palatable. I likely won't bother with them.

i learned that. I tested two rabbits.

both eagerly attacked it and then it was like "EW, how fast can I spit that out again?" Actually made me laugh.
