As the title says I have a 2 week old kit that appears to not use it’s back legs and rolls around the cage. I’m new to breeding and need some help. I’ve administered a drop of Fenbendazole and a very small clipping of an Ibuprofen (NSAID) as the symptoms seem to be

Encephalitozoonosis

This is the site I’ve pulled my info from

https://vcahospitals.com/know-your-pet/encephalitozoonosis-in-rabbits
I think culling maybe the humane thing here but figured I’d see if there is something simple like a vitamin deficiency or something I can treat with the farm meds I have on hand. Please watch the video attached and tell me your thoughts. I do have it separated from the rest.

P.S.

One of my hens thought I’d be hilarious to hop on my back during the shot so that’s why it’s so wobbly.

They could be paralyzed in their hindquarters. Do they react when you poke it? (I would suggest a light pinch but I wouldn't want you to hurt them)

Also wanted to add since I just thought of it, has the Kit used the back legs at all before? If they have, there could of been an accidental that damaged their spine

Yes it does use its hind legs somewhat but seems to roll over a lot and I’ve noticed a lot of tremors. The mom brought them out of the nesting box just a couple days ago. With 8 siblings it wasn’t till yesterday I noticed this behavior. We’re are thinking 3 things; neurological, parasite, or paralysis (semi). The short video shows the tremors.

Poor baby. I’m sorry this is happening. Another opportunity for learning.

with e. cunniculi... with a kit that young, means got it from momma. So cull momma. She's a carrier and is asymptomatic
I did read that but with her bearing 9 kits with only 1 presenting and being one of my best mothers I’ll hold off to see what the next batch’s hold. From what I understand all rabbits are carriers and for reasons unknown some have issues.

not all rabbits are carriers. Some are carriers, and who displays illness depends on how the virus has migrated in the body. breeding her again creates more potential carriers. it's carried in the pee.
