So I took the babies out and got a few good pics to share with ya'll.
They are so darn cute. Just wish they were doing better. I may switch them back to there own mamma's later today. KK doesn't have enough milk so I was hoping the other kits who were stronger would suck harder and stimulate her milk production. And since Good Shot has plenty of milk I hoped that KK's kits would get plenty and have fat bellies. It hasn't worked out that way though. I am going to pull them and take a quick peek here shortly. Maybe they will have fat bellies this morning. I am so excited for the shadeds. Double Shot is a really nice buck, and KK goes back to piano man so I have big hopes for this crossing. And the others are out of Double Shot and go back to BAby Blues Tee Shot who took BOSB at convention yesterday. So have big hopes for them as well. Double Shot is a super nice buck But he has martinized ears. If it weren't for that DQ he would be granded. No matter what happens this round, KK will get another shot at things. One of the shadeds is more brown than the others. I can't wait to see what it turns out like.

The one with brown on its back looks like a blue tort. Are they all like that?

Nope just that one. The others are that greyish silver everywhere. The blue tort will likely be for sale. The smoke pearls are staying and the black too if they are nice. Otherwise HI-HO HI-HO OFF TO PET HOMES WE GO.....

What color were the parents of the litter?

KK is black, carrying shaded and Double Shot is white pointed - black carrying allot of shaded.

He is wonderful but It is a bit of a debate on if he is martinized or not. So I may take him to a few shows and see what comes of it.


I picked Double Shot because he would work so well with both my AOV and Black (I wanted to produce shaded along with the other two colors).
KK and Good Shot are both broods but with his looks I think I may have something good going here.
