Is this syphilis??

We aquired our first batch of rabbits, 2 does and this buck, a few months ago. We just bread with him a few days ago. We just found that he has several small white pimple like bump and this larger more visible one you can see in the photo. Is this syphilis?

We are new to all things rabbit... Please help.

It looks like pimples. That could be, but doesn't necessarily mean, vent disease. Usually the latter will involve crusty lesions. There's quite a bit of information, with photos, here:
