How can you tell? I was actually told this was a doe by the breeder

Well for does it doesn’t (pop out) for buck it does and in the video it popped out.

I have heard of other people getting a rabbit and they were told it was a buck or doe and it was the opposite.

It's a buck. There is a definite hose shape.

tends to look like a buck but you don't have it pulled out very much.

Looks like a buck to me. Don't be afraid to talk to the breeder and ask for a trade or a refund. If my client wants a Doe and I sell them a buck by accident, I'm more than happy to take it back, or trade for a Doe.
