No. Has long guard hairs Rex guard hairs are the same length as the undercoat.

Short and curly whiskers are also a sign of Rex. The rabbit in the picture you posted has long and straight whiskers so not a Rex.

A mini Rex is under 5 pounds and too small in my opinion to be bred to a Californian or New Zealand. However a standard Rex is over 8 pounds so would be alright to breed to them.

So i find standart rex mini-rex or any other or dwarf or smaller rabbit will be healthy for her
