Is she pregnant?

My brother got a Polish doe approx. 4 days ago and to begin with, she seemed plump and hormonal. She did not come with a pedigree and we don't know much about her but she seemed pretty showworthy so we git her for $5. Well she somehow knocked the divider down and her neighbir (a polish buck) did have enough access to her to be able to breed her. That was the day we got her. Now at least four days later she is haystaching and nesting. I went ahead and threw a nestbox in there just in case. Obviously if Picasso did something she wouldn't already be nesting. So I think it's either a false pregnancy or like I said we don't know much about her. Could she have already been bred before this? What do you think?

Sure, she could be pregnant.

My only two wire litters were caused by sellers telling me that there is was no way in the world a doe could be pregnant, and me being silly enough to trust their words over my own intuition.

You were right to provide the nestbox, but mark down the date she contacted your buck too, just in case.
