That does sound practical. Do you ever have trouble with the Does rediness? Curious how it works, but it would sure be helpful when record keeping falls thru the cracks....

I tried that once. The rabbits had other ideas... unfortunately it was either do it when they were receptive and get buns on odd days (ofc record keeping) or not get buns at all. Your results may be different, it just wasn't possible for me

I leave the pair in the cage a few days and don't watch them do it. It could take all day if you watch. So they may be off a couple days but it's close enough for me. If they don't get along right away when I put them together I try another pairing.
