Such puppy dogs. Even the new ones that don't really know me. Always underfoot when loose. Stop whatever they are doing in the cage to come for a scritch when the door is open.

Case in point, last night I opened the new bucks door. Immediately, his head sticks out, resting his chin and apparently his throat on the bottom of the door frame. Give him some head scritches. Eyes close....then a few minutes later bunny chokes. He's forgotten to either breathe or swallow...something stupid. Anyway, he's fine. And came right back for more rubs.

Second case, today, new doe sits for an ear rub. Eyes close...again, a few minutes later, her butt falls over...and stays there. Head never moves, that's the part getting petted. Eyes never open. We stayed like that for several more minutes until my arm fell asleep...shes in a top cage.

Every last one of them is like that. Elops at convention who had never seen me before in their life stuck noses thru the cage wire for a rub. None of this sitting in the back pouting. They are such people lovers.

If you've never been lucky enough to enjoy the personality of an E-lop, you should give it a shot sometime. :D

Know what you mean about those big personality bunnies. Don't have an E-Lop, but I have a Flemish. He's just awesome! A BIG *** LAP bunny! Now every time he's running around the house, he always has time to stop by and sit in my lap for cuddles. He's truly a welcomed member of the Tribe!

Lol, my house french lop is like that, and one of the does outside and the buck french lop is getting to be that way. loove the outgoing needy personality of larger breeders compared to the grumpy "leave me alone" glares from smaller breeds
