How young do you tattoo?

I have some six week kits that I'd like to tattoo. Will the tattoo become distorted as they grow? It's a clamp tattoo kit.

It'll spread a bit but if you do it well, no distortion

Yup, I tattoo at 6wks all the time. Works well...

Thank you Ollitos for posting just the question I was going to ask. I need to tattoo my Satin babies that we are going to keep. We ended up with 2 does and a buck which is what I was hoping for. Tomorrow I tattoo.
