How long max. between breeding a doe?

Hi,

I have 2 does, till now I had 2 litters each per year, but I moved and now it's only me left to eat up freezer camp.
So I wonder if there's any harm to breed one doe only once per year?
Both does are about 3 years old, the smaller one (my Black Fury)3.5kg had litters of 5-7-9-8, the bigger one "Magda", 4kg, 6-6-6-5. Both great moms, never lost a kit.

I don't see a problem with it, so long as the does have a good diet and can get some exercise to help prevent fat buildup around their organs.
