My Rew doe's pedigree finally came in and i'm trying to figure out if she is broken underneath or not.
Sire: Broken Smoke Pearl
Dam: REW

Then Down the grandparents side: Siamese sable, Rew, Black, Broken blue

Great grandparents:
Black, Seal, Sable Marten, REW, Broken Black, Black Otter, REW, Broken blue

If i'm right then it's very very likely she carries broken right?

no i dont think so. She took after the Dam side...If you were to breed her to a differnt buck that isnt a Rew . Then you will see all of the other colors that you mentioned. If she was a broken then you will get some brokens. But in this case. I dont think you will.

It doesn't matter which sides color she is displaying as to whether she inherited the broken gene. You've got a 50/50 shot of her carrying broken since the sire will have 1 broken gene and 1 regular gene and she gets one from him and one from her dam which does not carry broken if the dam's parents are not broken.

She did take after the father as he has to contribute one of the rew genes... You would have to breed her to a solid rabbit to see if there were any brokens in the litter.
