Holland Lop that doesn't like hay????

I have a new Holland Lop (he is about 3 months old) and I can't get him to eat any hay. I have tried both western timothy hay and bermuda hay. Any suggestions? He is eating pellets and drinking a lot of water and is active. The majority of his pellets are regular pellets but he does have some of the long pellets.

Any suggestions?

I would give him some alfalfa. IT is very hard to resist.
