Higher Placement of Uterus?

One of my does, Alice, has developed a rather odd lump on her side over the past week or two, and since I found it it has grown in size. She has put on a little weight recently too, and today I noticed that her teats appear to be filling up with milk. So, my question is, is possible for her uterus to be placed higher up in her body? I did some searching around about it in humans, since I couldn't find anything on it regarding rabbits, and found out it's not that uncommon in humans.

Rabbits do not have one uterus like humans, they have two split uterine horns on either side.
It's possible that it could be a growth, abcess or something worse, a tumor. There's really only one way to find out.
