My best doe kindled 10 on the 13th. Saturday I noticed one was really skinny. I didn't do anything that day but Sunday tried to give it an extra feeding off the doe. It was skin and bones but it seemed lively enough and tried to nurse but it didn't seem to get anything so I sadly but it back in the nextbox thinking I'd give it one more day. I actually thought I'd find him dead on Monday but when I check he had a full belly! Again today full belly! The little thing is 1/2 the size of his litter mates but I think he'll make a go of it now. I'm not sure if he got just enough milk on Sunday to give him the boost to compete or if the extra Boss I've been giving the doe made the difference.
Either way he's a fighter.
