We rescued a 3 to 4 week old baby mini rex. We have NO information on him.

He seems really malnourished. It's extremely easy to feel his back bone and he appears really underweight.

What can we do to put weight on this bunny? We are giving him rolled oats mixed with rabbit pellets, and also timothy hay.

Is there anything else we can go for this little guy? He seems fine, but feel like "all bones" when he's picked up.

Thank you.

It sounds like you already have a good plan in place. At 3-4 weeks old, you might do well by supplementing him with some rabbit formula as well. formula-feeding-baby-bunnies-pics-vids-t3691.html
It's not necessary at that age, but it has helped me in certain circumstances.

Make sure he has a mineral lick and plenty of fluids. Consider giving an electrolyte solution. Often a "skinny" rabbit is very dehydrated.
