*HELP PLEASE* foster a 5d/o runt to another doe?

one of my two lionhead does just kindled today. she has two kits. i was wondering if anyone thinks i would have any luck maybe trying to adopt the runt of the dutch litter over to her?
it has little peach-fuzz hair but barely any. it is really really runty compared to the rest of the dutch litter. think if i could hold down the LH doe and rubbed the runt kit all over her that she would smell herself on it and adopt it? i was thinkin if i tryed to adopt it i would try that and rubbin vanilla extract on her nose (as i read in some old books to keep her from smellin the other doe on the kit).
thoughts?
i am really hoping to try this soon as the runty kit is really tiny and really really wrinkly. not havin any luck with bottle feedin it.

i'd do it in a heart beat! you just plop it into the litter. That's it. If you are nervous about it, put it in, then remove box for 1/2 hour and then put it back in.

well i just moved it over to the LH does nest. it was actually much smaller then her kits. she wouldnt let me put the vanilla on her nose though. i put the dutch kit on the bottom of the nest. hopefully she will accept it.

i've never had a doe reject kits. I'd had does reject me moving them from her nest into a nestbox. but never had them reject a foster.
