Help on sexing?

So, I posted this in the meat forum, too, but it jumbled up my post and it's more active here anyways.

I have a 'buck' that I think is a buck but i'm not sure. He's just shy of 14 weeks. Two pics are with pressure, one is not. I've tried varying amounts of pressure to get a penis to pop, but it just won't, and I'm wondering if it won't because Howie is actually a doe?

There are two ways to tell. First, the genital is round. Second, there's a gap between the genital and the vent.
