Hi,
My name is Lindsey and I come to you from Nebraska (Omaha). I have just recently gotten into meat rabbits. Before I had Mini Rex and Jersey Wooly buns that I showed heavily. At my most productive, I had a little over 200 rabbits. I sold out of those in 2005 when my dad died. I currently have 8 rabbits, 6 does and 2 bucks. The does are, Sierra, Cybil, Luna, Onyx, Houdini, and Tara. The bucks are Dayton and Prism. Sierra, Cybil, and Dayton are the only seniors at this point. All are mixed meat mutts I purchased from a breeder at the Iowa State Fair last month. She bred Sierra to her buck Ozzy on 8/16 and again on 8/17. Sierra is still pregnant which is foreign to me because I never had a doe go over. :/ I also bred Cybil to Dayton on 8/27. The very next day, Luna decided she wanted some action and escaped from her cage. She was found in Dayton's cage and has since been palpated positive. Anyway, I just wanted to introduce myself and the buns. I hope to learn lots of great things from all of you. Thanks so much for your time!
