What are your favorite books on color genetics? Introductory and advanced?

I just want a webpage that has pictures of each color in a rabbit with what it's called under them. Haven't really found a clean and easy to read page like that though. Maybe I can make one with the help of owners here? Hmm..

Shades of color between breeds vary so much you can't make one easy to read page of all the colors. There is a site with pics of each color that has 100s of photographs but my links are on my other computer. Maybe someone else remembers the site. This site isn't bad for the basics http://www.nockrabbits.com/coat_colors1.html but like I said shade and markings will vary between breeds so that's just a general guide.

I didn't find any decent books on genetics and ended up doing a webserch. Plenty out there on the basics but not always easy to find the rarer or less popular genes. Hence, I joined this place!

There's so much on the web that I have basically stopped trying to find it in a book :(

I really like minkhollow's website. She not only raises REX :) but she has LOTS of pix and refers to other sites as well.

I also like Aurora Rex Rabbits web site. Also a Rex breeder :):)

And there is a rabbit genetics yahoo group where you can ask questions and search the archives
