I am posting this question to help my Satin Angora friend out a bit.
She has two SA does. One is with a litter that she is about to wean (originally ten, now eight). However, the other just had 10 kits two days ago. Three-four of them are not being well-fed.
Would it be a good idea to go ahead and foster those three/four to the other doe (taking her away from her day-from-weaning litter)? If such would be alright, would my frined need to increase the amount of calf mana that she has been given her to avoid her milk drying up completely?
Respectfully,
RW
