My first kits (not fully FG, some unknowns in there!) are 5 weeks old and I'm curious if they are in the ballpark for size development in FG kits.

At four weeks the average was 480 g (just over 1 pound).
At five weeks, my three grow outs are 1 kg (2.2 lbs) each.

I have buyers for the rest, who know they are not full FG but just want big rabbits for meat mutt breeding.
Thanks!

__________ Sun May 17, 2015 5:54 pm __________

I found a few tidbits :)

"On average the size of a Flemish should be close to 1kg of weight to each month of its age.
If a Flemish is around 3 months old and weighs 2.8kg that is a nice weight for its age."
