I probably did not do this anywhere near correctly but here are the 3 netherlands I bought as pet quality
Himi buck out of sable points so his markings are a little odd
Sable buck that I really like. He's sleek, shiny, and absolutely tiny. Showed well until a couple toenails turned white.
posed more commercial type, I think if nothing else he could actually improve my mini rex
Unpedigreed himi doe. I couldn't get her to pose for anything. I think she just completely lacks the body type for it.
So even though I'm mostly selling to pet people I'm thinking of ditching the doe for a replacement. I'm talking to someone who has several blue and black does available. Although their prices may be outside my range since they had an otter listed at $75. If I get one from this person I was thinking of breeding it to the himi buck, keeping a doe which will be carrying himi and breeding her to the sable buck for some sables, some himis, and some self. I can't decide if I want to do blue and make some smoke pearl while risking making useless blue himis or stick with black and darken the markings.
