Does anyone feed them to their rabbits? I'm starting for my chickens, and wondered if I could give them to the bunnies when we get them as well. Of course, I'd leave the corn out for the wabbits and would provide them with salt/mineral and all the hay they can eat.
 
Are you talking about sprouting grain? If so, I've read on this forum that you can do that, I've been thinking about it esp. since we are getting into the colder season.
 
No, I've already got some grains sprouting for the chickens. To ferment, you mix the grains with water and a little ACV, then stir it a couple times a day for 3 to 5 days till it ferments. It begins the initial breakdown of the nutrients and makes them more accessible to the eater.
 
That sounds like the beginning stages of brewing and,if so, I've heard of people using spent grains from breweries for livestock of all sorts including rabbits
