is it better to breed a doe to her sire or to a rabbit with a different mother but same sire? we were laughing about her choices being her dad or her step brother then i realized i don't know hahah sorry if its a dumb question...

The relationships isn't as important as which is the "better" rabbit. What characteristics are you trying to increase? What faults do each of the rabbits have? Better not to double up on any faults that you are aware of if you have an alternative. It helps that you can usually eat the results if they don't turn out to be an improvement on the parents
