Door Size?

Normal doors here are whole width and height of the cage. But solid floors are pretty standard here so very good access is a must. I would prefer the same for wire cages, because they to get dirt in corners and rabbits don't always want to be caught.
 
I have wooden hutches and the doors are designed for me getting in easily, it took some iterations to get there but what a boon for doing chores.

If it's about where a rabbit can get through, I would make it as high as the ears are when in hopping position, and 2/3rds as wide at least. That's about the size of my connecting tunnels, width is for oposite traffic, hight because some rabbits don't tuck their ears in and lose fur there - took me some time to figure out why some rabbits had bald spots on their ears.

To just get through, they don't need much , that's why fencing them in is a science :D:
