I bought a doe about a month ago. She was breathing faster than my other does but she looked overweight so I thought that was why. 2 and a half weeks ago she had 10 babies and is raising them all. She still breathes fast and I noticed she has a small scab right between her nostrils. It is getting hotter so they are breathing faster but she seems to breath twice as fast as the others. I see no sight of runny nose or sneezing. Eyes aren't matted or runny. I'm now paranoid that she has the snuffles. If she did, would it have progressed into full blown by now?

I don't think she has snuffles. I certainly think that you would be seeing some symptoms by now.

About the scab... check her vent for sores or scabs. This can be a symptom of vent disease, which is treatable with antibiotics. It could also be that she scratched herself on a feeder or wire end or something.

The breathing... it amazes me how fast rabbits will breathe sometimes. While you should watch her because she's new to you and you aren't familiar with what is normal for her yet, I don't think you need to be too concerned at this time. If it were part of a larger body of symptoms -- noises while breathing (rattling, squeaking, etc.), eye discharge, colored nasal discharge, holding head way back, lethargy (not to be confused with doing nothing because it's hot) -- then I'd be concerned.
