Last looks like plantain growing in heavy heat, mine grows different than the typical looking plantain, but with rain and a break from the heat, turns into the obvious.
2nd looks like bull thistle or a relative, my horses/sheep hate this stuff. Grows 7ft tall here....rabbits eat it. I agree with the carrot in the center.
1st looks like a tree, acorn or similar. Is it a tree or vine?

Top one's a vine...sorta. Haven't seen it try running up anything yet, just goes about on the ground.
The horses loved the middle one so much, there ain't nothing left. LOL There's more out on the edge of the forest though.
